    I like the dress in a general sense and the color is perfect for her.....but those boobs.....are not good.....

    Sorry, you can't wear this dress if you have boobs let alone saggy middle aged boobs with or without silicone perkiness. It might work (just) as a long dress but the white pasty legs ruin the whole look.
