her hair is seriously yellow and brassy. i do like the dress though. it kind of reminds me of demi moore's, but in a better colour. i like the bodice detailing on demi's dress better though.

I really like the dress - cut and color.

I love the dress. The color is fantastic. What's with the haircolor? Wish these hollywood types and other "blondes" for that matter would understand that blonder is not better.

    ^^^
or at least get a decent colourist, like reese witherspoon's.
but judging from the amount of rich women who have the means to have good hair sporting the brassy, cheap, pee-coloured hair, i think a lot of people actually like it. ugh. bad blondes are a huge pet peeve of mine.

^^ i totally agree with you two about the yellow hair. reese witherspoon is a great example of nice ashy blonde hair. i don't know why anyone thinks yellow hair looks attractive.

this is one of my favorite oscar dresses. just beautiful and a great color.

It looked like she colored her hair with yellow easter egg dye...just awful.

She doesn't have the coloring to support such a light hair color. If she must be blonde, then a medium or darker blonde shade in a tone that works with her natural undertones would be best.

She'd be gorgeous with a honey blonde.
