It takes about a year for everything to heal and the swelling to be completely gone but hers looks so bad that I think she is really going to look like that permanently...ugh

The dress needs to be longer. I like the shoes and her hair looks good. The implants are wayyy too big and make her look about 20 pounds heavier than she actually is.
Have her eyes gone wonky since the surgeries? Her "nose" is atrocious.
