She looks bloated in the face and the red lipstick doesn't look good on her. Makes her look slutty. I guess you have to have a really dark or really pale skin to look good with red lipstick.
Her whole make up is crappy.

Beyonce needs to tone down the makeup. It ages her and really makes her look like a clown. She really doesn't need all that. The dress and the shoes look fine, though.

What's happened to her? I used to think she was gorgeous back in 2003... now she just looks really manly. I think she looks really tacky in this outfit, and her makeup is just all kinds of wrong.

The dress is pretty from the front only. From other angles, it just looks ill-fitting and makes her ass look like it needs its own zip code. And, as Perilita noted, she just doesn't have the legs to pull this look off. They look lumpy.
