The cut and structure of the dress is great, but because of its simplicity and neutral colour, it needs to be "jazz" up with better shoes and accessories. The beige shoes and clutch just make it looks incredibly dull.
Her horrible hair and makeup makes it look even more wash-out. Pull back the hair, add a pop of colour to the lips and she'll look better.
