I think she should've worn her hair up, yes.
I love that shade of red on her, though, and it really fits well through the bust, which a lot of strapless dresses don't seem to manage. I think she looks lovely.

I think she looks lovely also. I agree about the bust fitting well, which is unusual (I'm looking at you, Patricia Arquette). I'm a fan of long hair, so I don't mind the hair, but in such a formal dress I think she could have tried to make it a little more managed.
