Miley looks great...she dresses like that because she isn't a normal 16 year old...she is an entertainer and her wardrobe for a show is going to be way different than what the 16 year old next door wears to school. Funny I never hear anything about how sexy/trashy Taylor Momsen dresses and she is the same age.

And the funny part is when she's almost 30, she'll be wearing the stuff that's only appropriate for a 16 year-old girl.
