Were her lips always this big? Especially the top lip.
I think she may have had something done.
Also, she should not be allowed to dress her self. The dress is the wrong color and cut for her, the accessories look ridiculous (althoug they's look great with a different outfit) and the shoes are awful.
The make up is horrible too.
