I'm not too worried about the hair color. I think it looks good either way. The outfit is cute but the dress is way too small and/or way too tight. I would prefer it to be an inch or two longer.

it's a great hair colour - i love that it's natural looking and not all brassy and yellow like most fake blondes.
but i agree she looks better with darker hair.
