I'm thinking this is another one of her wigs (like the blonde hair awhile ago). Not good. Makes you realize that she's not as pretty without the long hair.

Sadly, I think she's trying to look like Marilyn Monroe (from the neck up; Marilyn would never have worn a horror like that on her body). She just can't carry off short hair and light makeup on her eyes/lips. Not pretty enough. And the pumped-up collagen lips make her look even more absurd.
