Luann is the only one who looks remotely good, well except for Jill (minus the boots).

Bethenny looks freakishly skinny and her face shows it.

Ramona can yap all she wants about money, she dresses the trashiest of them all. From looking at her, you'd never think she had money.

Alex is so pastey! And that length of dress doesn't suit her, it should be shorter.

She had a breast reduction and (possibly) lost some weight, so she doesn't look as matronly. Her face does look "refreshed", in addition.

Jill definitely looks like she had some facial work done. Her skin looks more taut and the area under her chin more defined.
