Pamela Anderson may look like a twentysomething, but the 41-year-old is refusing to dress her age.
The famous Baywatch star appeared on stage a AIDS gala in Austria complete with huge hair, big sunglasses and a glitzy Madonna-style gold leotard with a gold bra barely covering her famous assets.
The pin-up completed her tacky look with gold shoes and an oversized ghetto-blaster.

The flamboyant event in Vienna was dedicated to raising money for people with HIV and AIDS.
