I can't imagine why she thought wearing anything tight and shiny on her thighs would be a good idea. And the too-long flares aren't balancing her hips and thighs - it just looks sloppy.

maybe if the outfit fit, it wouldn't look as bad, but dang, nothing fits, & the pants are especially bad. They're at least 8" too long! And lose the necklace.
