Too much make up. She always looks made up to the ninth with her face caked in foundation and powder - it makes her look plastic. She's a pretty lady and doesn't need it. Less is more, Kim.

The nose has been slimmed. Again. Her lips have been tampered with. Again. Her cheeks are different, to the point they are lopsided, her left more prominent and higher than her right. Sliced up, again. Her eyes have been lifted slightly. The left one higher and at a more stark angle then the right one, with different shapes to boot! Her chin is different as well.
She will look like Mickey Rourke with boobs in a few years.
Oh, the outfit is stuffy and old.

agree w/everyone else that something is "off" about her face. Maybe someone can post side-by-side pics of this one & one from maybe 9-12 months ago?
HATE the hair, & she looks orange. Don't like the outfit either.

Her upper lip is over-injected. More noticeable in the big picture, where you can she can't smile normally.
Maybe Bruce Jenner's PS gave her a special deal?
