I couldn't either so I looked it up. Its Atelier Versace, and it says 'Bubble shaped mini dress in silk organza. Embroidered entirely in laquered red sequins.'

i love the dress, it's freaking fantastic. but i agree with cali, it called for more dramatic hair.
i don't like it with those shoes either.
