The dress is too little girl for me. I'd like it better if it was a little longer. Not a big fan of the floral, but it works for the event. And it's a heck of a lot better than some of the disastrous outfits I've seen at the Derby.

The hat is too big for her head. The dress is either too short or the waist to high. The big bow and floral pattern look cheap.
I do like her heels.

That hat requires a long matching solid red halter dress and espadrilles not that god awful flower vomit dress (not to mention an elegant older woman with a chignon) under it. Ergh hillbillies!
Love the hat though, damn
