I like the dress on her, not necessarily by itself. And she pulls off the makeup too, it looks expertly applied. Not many people could pull off green shadow and fuchsia lipstick. Together with the tousled glam hair it looks like she was trying to echo the dilapidated glamour of her Grey Gardens character Little Edie.
It works.

Love all of it. Not sure there wasn't a better footwear choice with this dress though.

Love the dress, but the shoes don't go well with it imo. Also, the makeup ages her for some reason.
