She looks old here. Isn't she only 21 or 22? The outfit is alright. I like the bag - cool color. She shouldn't have cut her hair. Long hair makes her look more youthful.

The different components of the outfit I like.. but altogether each element gets lost. The studding on the dress... the sleeve detail on the arms of the jacket... the studding on the shoes. It's not cohesive.

I thought she cut her hair, she just doesn't have the extensions in. I knew her Gossip Girl hair was fake - and it's half her appeal.
