No, pretty much any religious sect that treats women as babymakers and has a whole bunch of children that they can't pay for and then goes to the Government (i.e. - the rest of us) for a handout. We could just as well be talking about the breakaway Mormons that live in Colorado City, Arizona.
However, the origin of this thread was that an area of New York, that is populated by a large percentage of people on public assistance, has the unmitigated gall to think it can go out and create rules for other people, when they clearly can't even manage their own affairs.
So all pregnant moms on welfare should get forced abortions or live in the street homeless?

There have been many credible stories, as well as numerous lawsuits and criminal charges related to rampant welfare fraud in the NY hasidic community. It's not just one or two isolated incidents.
All of God's children are not beautiful. Most of God's children are, in fact, barely presentable.
How about they don't get pregnant while on welfare? A lot of states now won't pay for subsequent children if you're already on welfare and that's how it should be.

Yeah, it's fucking gall. We have separation of church and state- maybe you've heard of it, so signs advocating religious laws have no business being posted on public streets whether paid for by private money or public.

Another option, and the one that has been increasingly used in other areas, would be "don't expect any additional money".
