I don't know much about her, but I think her face is just too perfect. Did she have PS?

Probably, but I don't really know. Jordan is still quite a repressed country, despite the good PR that Raina gives it. It's better than most in the region, but it's not exactly a democracy and it's still very poor.
I have a friend who spends a lot of time there and she has been quite open about the political repression and censorship she sees.

Yes, she has had at least a nose job. I've seen a before photo, and it wasn't pretty. She also had her hair dyed some awful orangey colour

Hmmm. My best friend is from Jordon. She says the country is not oppressive at all. But then again she grew up in a wealthy family.

Well, if you are part of the ruling class, you're not likely to be suffering too much. Let's just put it this way -- Jordan is a democracy as long as you do what you're told and don't have opinions that differ from the state. If you do, a lot of very bad things can happen to you that you won't read about in the papers, and that Queen Raina isn't likely to bring up in public. It is a police state, although more benign than some.

You are right pacific. Queen Rania is a Palestinian descendent who was born in Kuwait, I believe. (Like me!) But really, I find her to be hypocritical in the sense that she is talking about women having a choice to wear the veil, while she is married to a man who belongs to a royal monarchy that are corrupted, sleazy, and brutal.
If you are rich and live the good life, you'll love Jordan. But most people are poor and live in misery, they are plagued by social, political and economic problems. My family over there are poor. We try to help them out the best we can. There is no freedom of speech. You insult the King, they send you to jail and torture you. I think they are also one of the countries that torture extradited suspected "terorrists".
Also, last year there were rumours that Rania and King Abdullah were having trouble in Paradise, and that he was thinking of divorcing her and marrying one of Rafik Hariri's daughters (Hariri was the Lebanese Sunni politican that was killed years ago).
And to buttocks, of course yes, many Muslim women have plastic surgery. You need to look no further than Arab Muslim female celebrities that butcher their faces and bodies with plastic surgery.
