LOL, Stella, wear closed toed shoes. I almost always end up with hot shells hitting my feet lol.

Definitely learn -- I shook and cried the first time I was in a range because I was terrified. I'm much more at ease now.

And yet he thought he was the perfect gentleman. If that's what a perfect gentleman is then I don't want my share, thanks.

The first (and only) time I've been shooting was last year, went clay pigeon shooting with three guys from work. Because you had to go around in a group with a trainer person, we were put with three other people. After her first few shots, the young woman in the other group started crying and shaking and after that she didn't participate. She stayed with us the whole way around the course though, and seemed fine after a few minutes.

I on the other hand loved it, I was 2nd best in the group (after my friend from work, who has been shooting before). The other two guys were not best pleased I have strong opinions on gun control so I wanted to familiarise myself with guns and feel more comfortable around them. They still scare me though, but as right they should.

Coincidentally, we went shooting on the 20th April (Columbine anniversary) and the trainer's dog was called Dylan. The dog loved me as well, haha. Eerie.
