Wow, so they're basically blaming Natalie's mother? That this wouldn't have happened otherwise? Sick. This guy would have killed again regardless of where he was. He's a ticking timebomb.

Aww..there is a story on MSNBC about how his fellow inmates want to kill him. Poor baby. Someone needs to tell those inmates to torture him first to get him to give the details about Natalee first, and then they can kill him.

i think he was born a sociopath but i also think his mom is using 'his dad's death as the start of his recent medical issues' to assist with an insanity defense.

Oh yeah, I've no doubt about that. His parents are just as guilty for covering it up and allowing their sick, sadistic son to prey on others. I have no doubt he's killed a number of women. I think his mom knows it too. It wouldn't surprise me if he tortured animals as a child.

Hopefully the Peruvian authorities don't buy the insanity defense. His dad was alive when he killed Natalee.

@cupcake.... for sure! On the Early Show, they reported that Van Der Crazy had received several marriage proposals.

Whose signature is "Where am I going and why am I in this handbasket?" It can be so aptly applied to modern society.

I hate to necro this thread without a link but I just watched the last 15 minutes of a E! News Special on Joran van der Sloot. There was an interview with Stephany Flores' friend, and she was saying she wishes he would get life in prison but he won't even make it that long in there. Someone will kill him, and she says he deserves it.

They also interviewed Joran's Mom. She basically was saying how she's sorry he's her son, and if he did had something to do with it then he should be punished...and something about him rotting in there. She doesn't have contact with him.

They even went inside his prison cell. Weirdness.

I checked on E! and it will be on again at 2pm on Wed. Kinda interesting.

I watched it too. Pretty interesting, and that he is trying to sell an interview. I don't think he will last too long in there, hopefully he dies a horrible bloody death

It's good she acknowledges his hand in this, lots of parents don't when their kids are accused of the most heinous thing.

So I guess he's not getting his wish to go back to Aruba?

Peruvian authorities tongue-tied over accused murderer JORAN van der SLOOT as he falls victim to language barrier.

According to Dutch newser De Telegraaf, Peruvian authorities' case against confessed murderer Joran van der Sloot has ground to a stunning halt.

Proceedings against the Dutch thug, despite a blood-thirty President, have been suspended indefinitely.

Authorities claim they can't find an interpreter to handle the complexities of Spanish-to-Dutch translation and vice versa.

As The ENQUIRER reported previously the Dutchman stands accused of murdering Stephany Flores, 21, the daughter of a prominent Peruvian politico and race car driver.

La Policia Nacional have said van der Sloot had admitted killing her -- but his legal team's claiming the confession was obtained "under duress" and therefore declared "invalid".

Van der Sloot's lawyer has complained no interpreter was present when the damning confession was made by his client.

The thug, who is also suspected of running a Thai sex slave ring, remains the prime suspect in the 2005 disappearance of American teen beauty teenager Natalee Holloway during a school trip to Aruba.

Joran is currently imprisoned in a maximum security Peruvian hellhole Castro Castro.
