Am I getting her story straight? She befriends this guy, tells him that someone ripped her off, and then when he tells her what he's going to do to the guy, she records him saying it? She's as big a rat as he is.

not sure if she's a rat, but i don't get why someone would chat with a creeper, share stories with him, then keep hanging out with the creeper long enough to record 7 hours.

i bet she let him stare at her with his rapey eyes. because, you know, it would be polite not to.

I don't understand why Guandique was released without SOMEONE hearing, for themselves, the alleged tape. Is there other information that has come to light no made public yet? I understand there's no physical evidence or witness(es) but to drop the charges based on just a tape you haven't heard? Jailhouse informants are always sketchy and a risk to use in any prosecution... but where's the tape?

I thought there was also some kind of finding of prosecutorial misconduct in terms of failing to turn certain evidence over to defense.

"How a House of Cards actress..." is then defined as "The actress, who appeared briefly in the Netflix series as an uncredited 'Clerk of Courts', was in the middle of moving homes and staying at a Country Inn & Suites."
