I thought probation was living and working as you would but checking in with your probation officer regularly. If that's the case, then Casey shouldn't be able to leave Florida?
Baby, by the time you have kids and they're in school, no one will care about you.

George and Cindy Anthony Will Appear on Dr. Phil

George and Cindy Anthony are about to break their silence.

Casey Anthony's parents will appear on the season premiere of The Dr. Phil Show on Sept. 12 – and the tough TV psychologist says he's not pulling any punches.

"Cindy and George have suffered a horrific loss with the untimely death of their granddaughter Caylee, and they have since endured an unprecedented public attack on their family," says Dr. Phil in a statement. "Have these attacks been warranted, or not? I looked them straight in the eye and asked some very tough questions. Nothing is off limits during this interview."

Since Casey Anthony was acquitted, media outlets have been clamoring to score the first interview with the Anthonys. Dr. Phil explains that the interview is being done in return for a donation to Caylee's Fund, the Anthonys' charity.

"The couple will derive no income from Caylee's Fund," says Dr. Phil, explaining that the charity is "intending to focus on promoting processes to educate the public about – and advocate for grandparents' rights."

"We knew that we'd want to speak at some point and we figured there was no better place than with Dr. Phil," Cindy Anthony said in a statement. "We are hoping that by doing this interview, we will be able to help other people who may be experiencing struggles of their own. We certainly don’t want anyone to experience what we have these last three years."

    Casey Anthony's Lawyer
    Investigated By State Bar

Jose Baez, Casey Anthony's lawyer, is being investigated by the State Bar of Florida, for possible ethical violations -- specifically, hiding information from the court.

The probe was triggered over a dogfight involving Anthony's 2010 conviction for check fraud. She was placed on 1 year's probation, but the judge in the case made it clear on the bench -- the time Casey sat in jail awaiting her murder trial would not count toward the completion of probation.

Here's the problem ... the judge screwed up, and when he wrote the order placing Anthony on probation, it mistakenly read that the jail time would count toward completing probation.

Anthony's lawyers acted as if the written order was the final word, and as a result authorities -- who were in the dark -- determined Anthony had completed her probation.

The Chief Judge of the court lashed out at Baez, saying, "Our system of justice should never be in the position of rewarding someone who willfully hides the ball," adding, Baez may have violated "an attorney's duty of candor."

On Baez' part, he told the judge he did indeed know about the trial judge's error but felt he had no obligation to inform the court.

The State Bar of Florida is now investigating the matter.

Put him and Mason in jail. Then let whittle Casey fend for herself.

Isn't she due to be back in court by Friday? I haven't heard anything about her since Belvin ruled on her serving probation for one year.

Seems like the check fraud prosecutor never bothered to read the written order.

They appealed Perry's decision via email and are supposed to follow up with a written appeal today. That would probably delay when she has to show up even with an unfavorable finding on the appeal.
