I know Laurent. I think we just keep hoping for some super hero moment here very soon.

I understand. I am so frustrated by the whole thing. I can't IMAGINE how the parents and family of the boy feels.

I can't imagine their terror and frustration, either. I hope this ends well for the child and his family.

I hope you didn't think I was impyling that you were being antagonistic, Laurent. I apologize if it came out that way. It is frustrating and everyone wants the best outcome possible for him.

Not at all, I just didn't want to come across that way. I know everyone is frustrated with the lack of progress and it feels like there should be something that could be done.

Something is apparently happening. The local news is reporting that two loud bangs were heard and that an ambulance was seen leaving the scene. Law enforcement was seen shaking hands with each other, so they're speculating that the child has been rescued. There should be an update very soon and hopefully it's over and ended well and not the other way around.

Oh I hope he is okay. And I hope they get some info out to the public quickly! After attending to the boys needs, and getting him to his family first,..of course!!

I haven't seen it on national news, but local news is reporting that the child is alive and the kidnapper is dead. We'll see if that's true shortly.

I'm glad the child is safe, but I really hope he didn't see Dykes take a bullet to the head. If he had to see it to live, so be it, but that's not something you can unsee.

And he's already seen his bus driver die too.
