Default Toddler to be charged with injuring baby?

OMAHA, Neb. -- The Douglas County Sheriff's Office said Monday that an infant was injured by a toddler at a home day care Monday morning.

The baby had to be rushed to a hospital by medical helicopter. The Douglas County sheriff said the infant is in stable condition.

The incident happened near 184th Street and Van Camp Drive. Sheriff's Sgt. Matt Martin said the day-care provider had stepped out of the room where the children were playing.

"She come back down, and that's when she noticed the 17-month-old straddling the 6-month-old child," Martin said. "She removed the 6-month-old (and) called the father. They decided to call 911. The fire department decided to call Lifeflight."

The child was airlifted to Creighton University Medical Center. The hospital cannot release the exact nature of the baby's injuries. The sheriff said further medical tests are being conducted.

Martin said that, at this point, there is no indication that a crime was committed.
Ok, NO CRIME WAS COMMITTED? The 'perpetrator' is 17 months old. Give me a fucking break.

Sounds a little over the top to me. Air lifted?? Strange. I wonder what exactly the toddler was doing?

Thats right, she shouldn't have left them alone. Why pay her to look after your kids if thats not what she's going to do. Kids will be kids. This boy obviously didn't know he was really doing anything bad, you can't take your eye off them for a minute, especially when its your job.

The kid probably woke up one morning and while he was getting his diaper changed, he thought to himself, 'You know what? That little pain-in-the-ass 6month old has stolen my last meatball and knocked down my towers for the last fucking time. TODAY I KICK SOME ASS'. And good for him, too. Don't take shit from anyone, kid, even if they can barely lift thier head.

The cops probably hauled him off to jail in one of these:

Hmm maybe the worker did something to the baby and she is putting the blame on the toddler.

^^^no, according to a 16 month old witness, the toddler did it all on his own.
