FORT WALTON BEACH - A 66-year-old Colorado man caused a stir at a local restaurant when he exposed his testicle and then refused to cover it up.
The man was sitting on a bar stool at the restaurant then known as Mango's when his testicle became visible.
A woman spoke to the manager, asking him to address the issue.
The manager approached the man and asked him to cover himself. He also identified the woman who made the complaint.
After he walked away, the suspect spread his legs apart, exposing more of his genitalia and pointed with his middle finger, according to his Fort Walton Beach Police Department arrest report.
The woman approached him and told him he was a "real (expletive), to which the man replied, "How did you know I had a great (expletive)?"
She was repulsed and poured her wine on him, according to his arrest report.
Several others approached the man and asked him to put his private parts back in his pants. He laughed and ignored them, the report said.
Officers arrived and determined he was wearing very short shorts. The exposure was captured on restaurant video surveillance tape.
