With Lattitude you get sent an invite and you can choose to hide your location from select people or everyone. Hubby and I have each other on there and I have another friend on there. You can also view it from your Google home page. I thought it only worked by using the GPS but the other day it was showing my hubby going weird all over the place. Turns out it can show where you are by tower location too.

If the guy is calling you from your own phone number then it's possible that he's cloned your phone. It happened to my uncle and as my aunt put it, "was a major pain in the god damned ass" to get taken care of.

unless you're planning a bombing spree on the white house, why would they be interested in anything you have to say?

Didn't the past eight years of the Bush II administration teach you anything? (Offered as merely an example, Bush/Cheney by no means cornered the market on invading citizen's privacy without, and contrary to, any legal justification. E.g., the Hoover files.) If the government can invade your privacy, it will; regardless of the fact that you're a mad bomber or not.

The point isn't whether the government is interested in anything private I have to say. The point is whether the government has the right to listen to anything private I have to say.

Yeah, coz I'm american..... right.... as is every poster on here... Typical attitude.

What? You think that it started with Bush.... ok.....

A couple of bombs on US soil & everyone is up in arms... no matter how many bombs the US paid for by sponsoring various terrorist organisations throughout the years that acted in anti-NATO conflicts.
