I asked for that Easy Bake Oven for Christmas every year in the 1980s and NEVER got that motherfucker. Apparently, Santa thought I couldn't be trusted, the bastard.

I had one back in the day, it never actually cooked a damn thing. All I ever got was warm dough. Tasted good though.

I never got an Easy Bake Oven either. Probably best because hell, I hate my real oven now, so maybe that wouldn't have been money well spent by my parents.

If you want to spend about $2 dollars per cookie making your own undercooked cookies, the EasyBake Oven can't be beat!

I remember when principals at school could deliver a spanking and girls could NOT wear pants to school.

Oregon Trail, and not on a color screen. Has to be the creesy fucking green screen.

My dad brought Pong home when I was 10. I got a Coleco for Christmas when I was 12. It was a BFD, because it cost over $100 back in 1985.

My dad was such a moron. He was in the car business, so we (the family) always got the junk he found in used cars when he bought/junked them. (which is how I got Pong). He comes home with a green screen computer monitor with a keyboard attachment and declares: "I got us a computer!" I swear I spent at least an hour arguing/trying to convince him that a keyboard and monitor don't make a computer. "But look! You can type on it!"

I never got the easy bake oven, either. I would have if my dad found it in the truck of a car!
