Default Free imaging viewing software recommendations?

I accidentally uninstalled my old image viewing software, and I know have only the crappy Windows default.

Can anyone tell me where I can find some good free alternatives? I just need it for easy browsing of my photos and the most basic functions (crop, rotate, etc...).

    Thanks, SVZ!

I spent the last hour or so messing with it, and I rather like it, I think.
