My boyfriend is in his final year at uni so for his dissertation he has to design a website. The module itself is worth 40 credits - 20 for the initial preparation, market research, user testing of existing cites etc etc and 20 for the actual production of the website itself.
He is *fab* at designing websites. The prototypes he created of his potential home-page designs were really really great, but there's one problem.
The website has to be database-driven, using ColdFusion. I'm not up on my technical stuff at all so don't really understand this, but was wondering if anyone knew any good guides to using Coldfusion etc or anything similar.
He's so good at the aesthetics that I'd hate for him to have to lose marks on the functionality of the site.
Any help anyone could offer would be so great.
Thanks so much.
