    Default Geek squad at Best Buy?

    Has anyone ever used them before? I thought they were only for computers/technical support...?

    Do they work on camcorders? I had bought a Sony camcorder actually from there, but it's been 4 years, and the tape/recorder doesn't work.

    You might be able to take your recorder in and have them take a look at it.
