    "dead yet", started by yours truly, was meant to ask if the person in question was indeed dead yet. It was used for the mroe cracked out freaks who looked like they were about to kick the bucket at any time, ie: Amy Winehouse

    It spread from that to a general expression of dislike for any celebrity, asking if they were "dead yet" even though they weren't really engaged in any life threatening behavior, just because the person commenting in the thread was tired of that particular celebrity.
