Where did you get that from?
Do you know how hard it is to find a good redbone?

Blackberry, it would help if you could post a thumbnail so I can enlarge and see your setup clearly if possible. Second, if is a RAR or WIN file, you need to unzip it with an extractor. XP already comes with a self extractor, if not you can download extractors from Download.com and search for either WinZip trial version or 7-Zip complete. Very simple to use and understand.

My personal opinion is if you want custom xp themes, best to try from recommended sources listed from Windows itself or ones provided by Microsoft. Different parties for software sometimes do not fully state how to install, as to what I concluded from "custom.org". After I extracted and example theme, it included instructions basically saying it would be more complicated and if you are familiar in customized settings for operating systems. I think you should either try another site or try reading over there help section to see if it may help.
Im ashamed to say what I did for a klondike bar...
