Default Computer geniuses, I need your help!

What does it mean when your computer shuts off, by itself, when you are on webcam, playing a game, or watching a video on youtube?

It just turns off, it doesn't even reset, and on top of that I have to wait five minutes to be able to turn it back on bc if I try earlier than that it will just shutt off again...... it's only been happening for the past month or so, and it has nothing to do with overheating.

    help pleeeeeeease!

It could be your computer processor can't handle all the activity. What is the make, model, and year of your computer? Might be as simple as age. Or have you recently updated to Windows Vista? That's messing up a lot of PCs.

There's a million different things that could be causing your computer to spazz out. I'd suggest going to the maker's website, see if there's a forum and if there are other customers experiencing the same problem.

You could be running too many apps, having kernal blitzes, but see if there's something the company can address first before spending any money or anything.
