I had it during the beta testing and liked it, but my university's internet has a conflict with some part of their coding so I can't use it anymore.
So, uh I downloaded it (through a windows update this eve) and so far I like it.
You can have multiple windows open in one window with tabs so you know where everything is and can switch back and forth from page to page.
Anyone have this?
Is this already mainstream and I'm just slow?![]()
Anywhoo I dig it so far.

I got it about a month ago and my university tried to tell us that we couldn't use it but I ignored them. I haven't had any problems with it so, who cares?
I actually used Opera before BECAUSE of the tabbed feature (I loathe individual windows for anything) and I switched over because I'm a sucker for anything new that Windows puts out. Have you downloaded the new Media Player? I highly suggest it if you use that for your music!![]()
All you can do at life is play along and hope that sometimes you get it right.
Yeah, I wish I could ignore them, but IE7 actually prevents you from being able to connect to the internet at all on my campus.

I hate the tab feature. That was why I quit Netscape and went to Firefox.
It crashes a lot...and the reason? A microsoft update that installed itself!!!
I'm switching to Mac next upgrade....the new rules imposed on Vista are just too much.
Once you go Mac, you'll never go back.
Thank you Suede!
I downloaded it today. It's fantastic. I always had problems with Firefox. This one is really efficient.
IE7, it conflicts with one of the Microsoft Windows Update installs, and the recommendation is to downgrade to IE6
Oh well..
I'm starting to like Microsoft less and less now (As I said) they're just copying other programs - IE = Firefox, Vista = Mac
And it is a PAIN in the butt to code websites for IE7, they don't follow any standards so things never ever work the way they should and I end up having to create a seperate design just for IE
Download Opera. It is way better than the new IE 7, and it hasn't crashed on me at all. It's pretty quick as well. I don't think I'll go back to Firefox or IE anymoreI've only had one problem with a website not recognizing Opera, but it's rare.
