HELP PLEASE! free audio/video file converters

Boys and girls,

I need your help. Does anybody know where to find a good audio/video file converter. I need to convert a M3U file to any of these formats> avi, mov, mpeg, mp4, asf, wmv.

I hope you can help me out.

I get a lot of programs from a site called freewarefiles.com. I don't know a whole lot about converting video (or audio for that matter) but they do have two sections called audio converters and video converters.

Don't know if they will have one program to do all you want...I'm kind of a technology idiot. Anyway, I hope this helps!

BTW, i use a program called razorlame to convert wav to mp3. I got it free but can't remember what site I got it from.
