Need help posting a picture from my android, to the message board...

I took a picture over the weekend with my Samsung Galaxy 4 Android phone, and want to post it here on the site. How in the heck do I add a picture from my phone into a post here at GR? Any help or suggestions would be great! Thank you...

You need to upload it to a photo hosting site like photobucket. Then paste the code for the image on here. If you need me to go into more detail just say.

Thanks, Sarzy,...I do know how to do the uploading of a picture to photobucket/pasting the code.....but how do I get the picture from my phone to photobucket or to my computer? I have all these photos held hostage on my phone. They keep moving with me on my memory card, from phone to phone.
