Default Does anyone use a trackball? Need advice...

I want to switch from a mouse to a trackball. With my ongoing hand/shoulder issues I think a trackball may help out.

For those who may use one, what brand do you use? Any suggestions for possible a really good ergonomic mouse in case the trackball doesn't work out?

    Thanks for any info!

You could also give the vertical mouse a try.

I tried a trackball once, and it was more frustrating than anything.

So you use this mouse? It looks like a vast improvement over a traditional mouse. I may have to give it a shot.

No, but a friend of mine was having forearm pains.. he got it and they went away almost instantly.

You can try to approximate it. Just take your mouse, turn it on it's side and see if it feels better. Same idea.
