Making movie clips

is there any way of making clips from these files ?

say 15 meg or less ?

I think you need to supply more info in your question.

For example, if there is a 100-MB movie on your hard drive, it's already a clip. 100-MB is not big enough to be a whole movie, and if it's on your hard drive, it's already in digital format.

So, the question is what is the original format (.VOB, .WMA, .MPG, etc.) and what do you want to do with it or convert it into?
