Set up recurring task in Outlook Express

I'm generally good at figuring out things in Outlook but I need help setting this up.

I had been out on Workman's comp because my shoulder/arm/hand were jacked up, however I am back to work now.

To make a long story short, I need Outlook to give me a reminder every 30 minutes. Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. so that I can remember to stretch my arms and hands. I can't figure out how to do the damn thing!

Can someone please give me step by step instructions on how to use the calendar function to do this? I would be most grateful.
