That Sabrina chick lists herself as an actress... i'm sorry but a leading role in a porn flick does not classify you as an actress. the first three pictures do look badly photoshopped, the unusually large tumours might be real implants but the person touching them up (for whatever reason) did a terrible job.

I used to work at a club called Wizzards, here in Philadelphia (yes, as an exotic dancer), anyways, there was this lady I worked with who had 3 boob jobs. Each breast weighed 20 pounds each. I forget whas size bra she wore, but it was more a freak show than sexy. I touched her boob and asked if she could feel it. She said "No." There was nerve damage, thats why. I think she also did some modeling for large breasts magazines.

Those women are so sad. I can't imagine living with those boobs everyday.

I'm on the fence regarding breast augmentation. It seems extreme to have a surgeon slice open your breast and shove a piece of silicone under it, in the of beauty.I think breast augmentation is more about very low self-esteem than anything else. With all the risks, I don't know how people can be brave enough to do it. Maybe a trip to the therapist would be more effective in the long run because after the newness of being busty wears off, you're still you. If that makes sense.

My friend's sister had a boob job about twenty years ago. it ruptured, through a surfing accident, during the first year. The surgeon had to pick silicone off of her chest. She said it was the most painful thing that she's ever experienced.

Those women with the super-sized boobs need some psychiatrric help.
