the reason britney's breasts would fluctuate in size so much isn't because she got new implants every other week, but because she would use gel inserts (with the nipple built in - she even admitted it in an interview about the red outfit she wore in oops i did it again - those weren't her boobs) and push up bras. tape can do wonders for cleavage as well. Now her boobs are huge for obvious reasons.

Yeah in the first pic of Britney it looks like she has fake boobs, and not the surgically enhanced kind. They look like major padding with the gel inserts.

I read that Britney couldn't breast feed because of her breast implant surgery at age 17. I have no doubt she had them.

I don't think Britney's are fake, when she goes braless her nipples point down. You'd think with that much surgery they'd take care of nipple placement.
