I have a theory:

She tried to confuse people by wearing giant push ups and chicken filets and then being totally flat the next day, just to prove that she wasn't getting ps even if her boobs looked very different from one pic to the next.

And as soon as she had everyone convinced, she got them done. Waiting for the next bikini pix...

Well, Paris Hilton's star IS fading, so perhaps she had them done to try keeping her name in the spotlight.

She's such a joke. She went on and on for years talking about how great small breasts were, and how glad she was that she didn't have large ones, because they were so "gross." Obviously that was a thin facade for her insecurities, because now they're huge. Did she think no one would notice? And her breasts were the absolute ONLY thing she had going for her before, in my opinion. Everything else is the utter definition of fug.

Good point. If she really thought big boobs were 'gross' why would she even want hers to look like that, even in a padded push up?

ok,sorry to disagree with most of you...I know there are incredible bras out there, but there is no way they can make your boobs this big! IMO this bitch definately got implants!

The media is always using file photos with widely varying years. I call implants. Pretty big, IMO. You can make implants look HUGE with manipulation, but these look big regardless of whether she's manipulated them or not (which she has, in this photo).

Poor baby's so sad that people hate her so much, and with her recent legal troubles she probably convinced Daddy that it was time for her to have those implants she's wanted off and on since 16. (She has mentioned that her dad says implants look fake and she should be happy with what she's got - or something like that.)
