I think those are the implants that she gave to Jack Osborne, who she used to date, because he asked if he could have them when she got them removed. They are in a glass case. She said that she regretted having them.
I think she looks like shit with them and without them. Much like her friend Paris, I don't understand why she is so f**king famous.

She looks terrible before AND after. But the implants look freshly done in that one pic, giving them that awful square shape. They're shaped like that until they "drop and fluff".
