Not new boobs; the picture in the green shirt is a few days older than ones that don't look like bigger implants at all.
Her boobs look fake and fucked up in that picture with the black dress; who told her to wear some hideous gap making bra?

Those don't look like D cups to me - a full C at most. I agree with the others that she's just gained weight. The boobs are the first place weight gain shows for me and for most woman I think. Unfortunately, 10 lbs will add a full cup size on me. Not fun when you're already a natural C.

Before you know it, she was on magazine covers of Shape in her bikini, appearing on ET in her bikini, etc... We would have never seen Hilary in a bikini before, now all of a sudden we did. It's good, however, she didn't go overboard on the implants size.
