It is sooo obvious that she has implants. I can practically see the implant stamped with the "Inamed" logo through her skin. Breasts generally don't get rounder and firmer after having two babies back to back, breastfeeding or not. If that was milk causing her boob to be that engorged, she'd be spurting and leaking through her dress!

I agree with the person who said she can't be breastfeeding. She could never wear something that tight without leaking. Plus, in those other candid where she's wearing a white shirt (and not pants) with Paris Hilton, it doesn't even look like she has a bra on. Definitely new implants, for the umpteenth time.

Nooooooooooooooooooooo... it was a growthspurt, dammit! Lol. Yeah... riiiiiiiight. She's changed implants several times now; not sure about this time around. Still, the implants, old or not, are very evident and also crooked, as well as hanging lower than ever. They look so gross.

There is definitely something weird and wonky going on with the Britney boobs. I take it for granted that she had implants at 17, and also believe that original surgery is what left her with severed milk ducts and unable to breastfeed.

But now I don't really know what's up with the boobs we see in these pics. In some of the NYC pics they actually look higher and less saggy than they were during the last 2 years, but that could just be due to the drastic post-pregnancy weight loss.

But some part of me thinks she may have gotten a slight lift? I mean, those suckers were practically down to her knees in so many pictures the last 2 yrs, I remember EVERYONE commented on that. Even a slight lift would be an improvement, even if she's still saggy and maybe an uneven job too close to her giving birth left them so wonky.

I dunno. I definitely think she had them done, but the exact details of her boobs will always be a mystery.
