Yes, real boobs can grow into yout twenties, sometimes thirties. This is NOT what they look like. Large breast do not stick straight out from the body. They can have a gap between them, depending on the person's body. I had no cleavage, except kleenex, until I was 20, shooting up 4 cup sizes. They do not look like a rippling pond.

Who cares.... I mean, why make it a big deal, I dont understand! If she wants to walk around with fake boobs & keep it to herself.. so be it, let her.. Its her secret, But until she says it, Than all you can do is be another one to judge... I personally don't think she got them done. OF COURSE it's possible! Didn't Mariah go through her growth spurt around the age of 25-30 or something? Some bodies take longer than most to grow. Give them time, people, be patient.

After puberty, breasts really only change with pregnancy, weight gain, or implants. No 'growth spurts'
