    lynnie that sounds awesome.
how long has it been since the surgery?
you might want to wait until it's been about weeks to get measured because all the swelling needs to go down and that might take a while, so your size might still change.

Lynnie - when you're allowed to put stuff on your skin get some Rose oil (preferably in jojoba) and smooth it gently onto the scars. Rose oil is an age old "cure" for scars as it feeds the skin, they won't go over night but it will help!

I also use Rose water (yep that stuff you bake with) as a cleanser, it works really well.

Thanks all. My surgery was the morning of that Royal Wedding...whoever they were getting hitched. I believe it was April 29th? So, 6 wks?

And I was curious about the swelling still, and I know they will 'settle' somewhat...since they are still kinda....um..UP, they definitely have some side titty going on. But I am assuming that will also settle. And hell, not like I haven't dealt with that shit in the past, so cool.
FUCK, looking at the before pics alone put me in a total tail spin.

I have a little extra scarring in a certain area--that will be noticeable....but he said to give it 6 months and if I am still unhappy then he can 'take the scar off' in a matter of a few minutes, in the office, with Novicane. I agreed.

I did NOT get measured yet. But did stop at fucking JCPenney but they didn't have anyone AVAILABLE...so...I guessed on a size, bought two and I was wrong. So back they go and I will get 'professionally' measured then. I am bigger than I thought...I thought for sure a C, but I might be a D or bigger.

Here's my final words: I am right now, wearing a bikini that I have had for 15 yrs. I haven't worn it in probably close to 10 yrs. I think I tried to stuff myself in it a few years ago but clearly could not....but always kept it because, you know...I'm gonna lose 20lbs and tada--then I can wear it again! Welp, lost 10lbs so far (6 in boob alone) and tada--I can WEAR IT!! And if I do say so myself, I don't look half bad for an old broad who really shouldn't be wearing a bikini in the first place. Course I won't leave the house in it...just wanted you all to know I CAN ACTUALLY wear it!

Thank you all for going on my journey with me! The support and ass kicking is exactly whatthe doctor ordered!

A hearty *cheers* to you all!
I'm so glad that things are going better for you. And fuck doing what we should or shouldn't do - if we all did what we should, most of us would be doing actual work instead of posting here! Wear the damn bikini to the grocery store if you want to!

Thanks all---will have to wait on the slinky ones for a bit due to the stitches, so for now I am just getting some real basic bras. BUT, got measured today and I am officially a 36D!
