I think she's had implants and a BIG time nose job, which frankly I'm surprised she isn't called out on more in the media, as I think it's extremely obvious.

The implants are obvious to me because, similar to Lindsay Lohan, as soon as she got them she started flaunting them. There was no discreetly easing into it.

^ Wow. Maybe it's just a really bad pic? I remember her looking pretty good and the same as she does now in The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants. Could be my selective memory though.

She's one of those girls who looks good done up. She's got no redeeming facial features when she's without makeup. But still, I read some of the gossip girl books before the show, and Serena was made out to be DROP DEAD GORGEOUS. Blair was supposed to be sub par. In the show it's the other way around.... even though a luscious-haired blonde with big tits is more obviously appealing even though Blake's face is nothing to write home about.

I agree completely, you've hit the nail on the head.

She has a very plain, average face and that's even after plastic surgery. I'm sure without make-up she is very, very ordinary looking. My housemate said if we knew her the guys would be all over her. Well yeah, they probably would be because post-surgery she has an awesome body and a non-offensive face. I just think she's no Serena (or great beauty for that matter).

I think they look okay. They look high because they are more than likely under the muscle and haven't dropped fully yet.

I think they're high up on her chest because they're newly done and have yet to settle. They'll look better and have a more natural sag with time. Her original breast size was fine.
